We collect information you choose to share with us, mainly through two forms on our website and in-person meetings:

• Our Contact Form, when you reach out to speak with a senior care advisor. This typically includes your name, your contact details, and the answers you give about your situation or that of your loved one.
• Our ‘Speak To An Advisor’ form on our Senior Living Referral Services page, which is similar to the contact form, but more personable. We collect this information only with your consent, and only what we need to help you.
• In-person meeting: we meet with you and your loved one to collect more detailed information about your care needs, medical and cognitive conditions, as well as your personal life story and financial situation.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to understand your needs, match you with the right senior care communities, and stay in touch with you about your search and your move.

When We Share Your Information

We share your information only with the care communities we tour with you or refer you to, and only as needed to arrange those tours and referrals. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing or any unrelated purpose.

If we ever recommend an outside service such as legal, financial, or medical help, pursuing it is your decision, and we do not pass your information along without your okay.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide our services. You can ask us to stop using your information at any time, in writing. Once you do, we will not contact you or use your information further.

How We Protect Your Information

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We keep it relevant, accurate, and up to date for as long as we hold it.

Your Choices

You are always in control. You decide what to share, you can withdraw your consent at any time, and you can ask us what information we hold about you.
